I spent five bucks to answer a simple question about shedding. They promised me someone would answer in 12 hours and it's almost been two days. Wouldn't recommend putting any money into asking questions."

"Like others have said, it used to be free for basic advice.. when it was free, I didn't mind waiting 12 hours for an answer, but once I had to pay to have a single question answered, I would've thought that 2 to 3 hours tops would be a good amount of time to get an answer in.
